The Connect Us Rx patient portal is designed to support patients who are already working with a licensed healthcare provider. Patients may use the portal to view order-related information, communicate securely, and follow provider-directed prescription workflow steps.
What Patients Can Do in the Portal
Patients may be able to view order status, complete required forms, receive workflow updates, communicate with their provider’s office, and access refill-related instructions when available.
Provider-Directed Access Only
Patients cannot independently obtain prescriptions through Connect Us Rx. Portal access is connected to the patient’s licensed healthcare provider and the provider’s clinical workflow.
Questions About Your Prescription
Patients should contact their provider’s office for medical questions, treatment questions, dose questions, or concerns about whether a therapy is appropriate. Connect Us Rx does not provide medical advice.
